Why Do Businesses Have so Much Data but Still Struggle to Make Decisions?
I've sat in more than one meeting in Sydney, in Melbourne and on Zoom calls with regional teams where someone pulled up a dashboard with forty different metrics on it, scrolled through all of them, and then said, "So... what do we actually do here?" Silence. Nobody had an answer. And the frustrating part is, the data wasn't bad. It just wasn't telling anyone anything useful.
