TryStencil: Planning a Tattoo With a Real-Size Stencil

TryStencil (trystencil.org) helps people plan a tattoo before they sit in the chair. Describe your idea in words and get several design options. Then upload a photo of the spot on your skin and see how the design looks in place, adjusting size and position. When you are happy, the stencil maker exports a clean outline at real size. You set the width in centimetres, and the PDF prints at 100% with a 1 cm check square so you can confirm the scale. The result is a reference to bring to your licensed tattoo artist, who can open your design pack without creating an account.Other tools include a tattoo font generator for lettering pieces and a gallery of styles such as fine line, blackwork and minimalist designs. A section for artists explains how to receive client packs.Privacy is handled with care: photos are re-encoded and EXIF data is removed, and the site blocks celebrity and character likenesses. It is free to try, and it suits first-timers deciding on placement and size as well as anyone who wants a clearer brief for their artist.Website: https://trystencil.org/
