Tamper Proof Seal Solutions for More Visible Package Security

Keeping a package securely closed is important, but sometimes it is equally important to know whether that package has been opened. A tamper proof seal can help provide that extra indication by making interference visible rather than leaving the recipient to rely solely on the condition of the outer packaging.

STIKON's security range includes S-VOID security tapes and tamper-evident labels designed to show evidence when a seal or package has been disturbed. The products are available in different formats to suit cartons, packaging and other applications.

Visible Evidence of Interference

The S-VOID Premium security tape is designed for boxes, containers and pallets. It uses a strong PET backing with an acrylic adhesive system and can be applied to fibreboard and plastic surfaces. Once removed, the tape reveals an OPENED VOID message, making the change immediately visible.

For certain applications, STIKON also offers security labels. These include no-residue and total-transfer tamper-evident versions. The labels are available in different sizes and can be supplied plain or printed, depending on the product.

A transparent S-VOID residue label is another option for smaller packaging such as envelopes and product packs. The label leaves evidence on both the label and the surface underneath when removed, providing a clear indication that the package has been opened.

Selecting the Right Seal
