- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt

Preparation:
- Preparation of the dough: Sift the flour onto the work surface. Add the cold butter, cut into small pieces, and rub it with the flour until it forms crumbs. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks and a pinch of salt. Knead a smooth dough without spending a lot of time so that the butter does not melt. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Making bagels: Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 3 mm. Cut the dough into triangles. On the wide edge of each triangle, put the filling - jam, chopped nuts or cherries. Roll the baguette-shaped triangles, starting from the wide edge.
- Baking: Place bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden. Ready bagels can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or poured with melted chocolate.
