This PUF panel price list gives the factory price per sqm of every roof panel, wall panel and PUF slab we offered on 23 September 2026 (factory prices on 23 Sep 2026). At the 3,000 sqm slab, roof panels ran from ₹ 951 to ₹ 1,736 per sqm, wall panels from ₹ 919 to ₹ 1,744 per sqm, and PUF slabs from ₹ 520 to ₹ 900 per sqm, all ex-factory Kathua, GST and freight extra. Today's figures are on the live factory price board.

The PUF slab is the insulation core with paper on both faces instead of steel sheets. On 23 Sep 2026 it was offered in 40, 50, 60 and 80 mm, each with a 750 sqm trial slab.

30mm 50mm 80mm 100mm PUF Panel Price: Reading the List

Three things move a price on this list.

Thickness. A roof panel with 0.5 / 0.3 mm sheets went from ₹ 1,111 per sqm at 30 mm to ₹ 1,736 per sqm at 100 mm, at the 3,000 sqm slab on 23 Sep 2026.

Sheets. At the same thickness and slab, the thinner sheet combination cost less: ₹ 163 per sqm less on the 50 mm roof panel, ₹ 277 per sqm less on the 50 mm wall panel, where both faces change.

Order size. Each step down from the 3,000 sqm slab to the 1,500 sqm slab, and from 1,500 to the 750 sqm trial slab, added ₹ 20 per sqm on every item that day.

Every roof and wall panel on the list has a 40 kg/m³ PUF core and multi-coat Galvalume AZ70/PPGL sheets. Roof panels bill on a 1.00 m chargeable width and wall panels on 1.15 m.

PUF Sheet Price or PUF Panel Price?

Many buyers ask for a "PUF sheet price" and mean a PUF sandwich panel: foam bonded between two steel sheets. That is what the roof and wall lists above price. The PUF slab is different: the same foam core with paper faces and no steel, which is why it sits much lower on the list.

Using the Price List in a Budget

The list is priced per sqm, ex-factory Kathua: the panel cut to the buyer's lengths, packed and loaded at the factory gate. GST is extra. Freight is charged per truck, on actuals, and billed separately.

A volume slab is a minimum order quantity for one panel type in one order, not a pack. The whole quantity is billed at the slab it reaches: 3,250 sqm at the 3,000 sqm rate, 2,000 sqm at the 1,500 sqm rate. Two thicknesses, or roof and wall, reach their slabs separately. On 23 Sep 2026 the trial slab was open only on the items priced in that column. Panels are made to order, and full payment books the production slot.
