Covalensedigital Cuts Recovery Time Objective for Singapore MVNO

In the first project, Covalensedigital enabled the client company in digitally disrupting the multi-trillion global telco industry.

We successfully helped the client in becoming Asia’s fully digital telco and consumer company in Singapore.

After successfully completing digitalization for this client in a previous project, this happy client chose us for a 2nd digital project.

In this 2nd project, we facilitated in implementing a solution that took care of multiple aspects of the disaster recovery for our recurring client.

The solution comprised of a data guard which provides zero data loss. In addition to this, we carried out synchronization of billing and pricing data. This also included the sync up of charging data.
