Anaria Karagkiozi: Finding Confidence Through Modeling

Anaria Karagkiozi is a 16-year-old Greek model from Skydra, Greece. Born on December 21, 2009, she speaks Greek and English and is currently developing her career in modeling. She is also a model with SHOWCAST.
Q: How did you get into modeling?
Anaria: Modeling made me feel proud of myself. It gave me the feeling that I could become something and prove what I was capable of. Eventually, though, I realized that I didn't need to prove anything to anyone.
Q: What was one of the biggest challenges you faced?
Anaria: Growing up without my father made me feel like I was somehow less than others. I sometimes thought I had done something wrong. I was also teased by other children, and I used to think I was the one to blame. With time, I understood that their behavior was not my fault.
Q: What does modeling mean to you today?
Anaria: Today, modeling represents self-love and happiness. It is something I enjoy and a way for me to continue growing.
Q: What is your biggest goal?
Anaria: I want to become better at what I do and continue improving as a model. I also want to attract more attention and create more opportunities for myself.
Q: What would you say to someone who is struggling to believe in themselves?
Anaria: “You will succeed if you keep trying.”
Anaria continues to build her path in modeling while focusing less on proving herself to others and more on becoming the person she wants to be.
