Office 365 Backup Solution

We have two ways as an Office 365 backup solution. The first way is free of cost and known as the manual way, and the second is using the third-party tool. The manual method is full of risks, and uncertainties, therefore it is better to rely on the third-party tool instead. In the third-party tool, we are going to talk about the Shoviv Office 365 Backup and Restore tool.

How to use Office 365 Backup solution: 

  • Install the Shoviv tool on your system and open it.
  • Tap on Connect Office 365 from the dashboard, provide credentials, and tap Connect.
  • Tap on Backup Directory from the dashboard, provide a path, and tap OK.
  • Tap on Backup Job from the dashboard, provide the information as per the need, and tap on Next, consequently, till you get to the status wizard. If satisfied with the status, click on finish.

 Now tap on Start Backup Job icon on the dashboard to start the job.
