How To Make The Traditional chicken Biryani Recipe?

small pieces. Make sure that you rinse the chicken well so that there is no oil or sauce left behind. In this article, we will make chicken biryanis and its popular variations Biryani Masala.

To make Chicken biryani masalas (six servings), you require: 500g of chicken, 4 tablespoons of onions, lemon juice and coriander leaves, 500g washed and dried Basmati or red rice, approximately half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, salt and black pepper. For the main ingredients, combine the onions, lemon juice and coriander leaves in a bowl. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok and fry the onions and garlic for about two minutes. After that, add the rice to the pan and stir the mixture well.

Add the red or Basmati rice to the mix and cover it for about five minutes so that it does not become loose. Add the ground tomatoes and turmeric powder to the mix and cover it for another five minutes. Finally, add the ground yogurt and coriander leaves to the biryani rice mixture. Cover the lid and cook for about seven to eight minutes.

Now, it is time to make the chicken biryani masala. Add all the ingredients to the coriander and let it settle down. Then, add the blended yoghurt, coriander leaves and all the chopped and crushed spices to the entire mixture. Cover the lid and cook for about five to six minutes.

Once the chicken biryani has finished cooking, it is now time to serve it with rice. Remove the lid and flip the pakoras over so that they are facing down. Add the cooked rice to one side and then drizzle it with some oil. Serve it with a plate of fresh mints and enjoy.

Before serving, add a generous helping of yogurt to the chicken and onions and garnish it well with coriander leaves. If you wish, you can even use some yogurt and cucumber. This would be the perfect recipe for starters. Or you could also opt for rotis or congee. Both these dishes are very popular all over India and are served along with sweet or dry mango juice.

If you are looking for something a little different from chicken or beef, you may also opt for cumin seeds and ginger. Use the cumin seeds to roast or boil the grounded chilies until they start appearing lightly blackened. After this, add the chopped and crushed red onions and let them steep in the juice for about five minutes. You can add this mixture at the end or else it would be too strong. Just remember not to over do it Biryani Masala.

If you are serving the chicken with rice, it is best if you use some quality saffron milk with it. Saffron milk has a delicate flavor and goes well with chicken or fish. Make sure you dry the saffron well before using it and you will find that it gives your chicken a rich flavor and texture. A delicious Chicken Biryani Masala recipe is easy to make and is great when served with basmati rice and dessert.

You may also try a variation of the traditional chicken recipe by frying some onions, garlic, cashews and saffron on medium heat until the onions turn translucent. Add coconut oil and fry all the ingredients thoroughly until the chicken is cooked thoroughly. It is now time to add the chicken inside the tightly wrapped casserole. Let the chicken cook thoroughly on all sides till you get to the desired golden brown color of your chicken.

Then you can finish off the chicken with a generous sprinkling of the ground cumin seeds and pepper. The golden brown color of the chicken complements the saffron perfectly. Serve the Roti with the rice and add some coriander leaves for that extra freshness. You may serve it with plain yogurt as a side dish or together with plain khichdi or plain tandoori rotis to make an awesome breakfast. This is an authentic Indian chicken recipe and tastes absolutely divine.

If you do not like the spicy taste of the chicken, you can always substitute with milder onions or just leave out the spices. The biryani masala with onions and garlic works equally well. Just take a tablespoon or so of yogurt and puree the chicken in it along with the chopped onions and garlic. You may also add a pinch of rock salt to enhance the flavor. Add the yogurt to the lentil and mix well.
