Combined Civil Service Group-1 Examd Eligibility Criteria

Combined Civil Service Group-1(TNPSC):

The Group-1 exams are conducted by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) and aim to select individuals for top-level government positions within the state

Steps/Stages in the Selection Process for Group 1:

The Group-1 exams take place in three stages:

Preliminary Exam (Group-1):

1.     It’s an objective-type paper with multiple-choice questions.

2.     The exam is for 300 marks in total, and the minimum passing score is:

·       (i) Reserved category (OBC, SC/ST) – (90/300) marks.

·       (ii) General category – (120/300) marks.

3.     There is no negative marking.
